Before the procedure, you must first consult our therapist to carry out a diagnosis to assess the health of your hair follicles and scalp and to understand certain parameters related to hair growth such as density, hair cycle, growth speed...

Course of the session
Using a very fine needle (manually or with a mesotherapy gun), the doctor performs multiple superficial injections into the dermis. They inject a customized nutrient mixture (vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and sometimes fluid hyaluronic acid) to directly nourish the hair follicle.

Post-processing
After a light massage to distribute the product, the regeneration process is activated. The first visible results generally appear after 3 to 4 sessions: a clear decrease in hair loss, followed by an improvement in texture, greater density, and stimulation of regrowth over the months.

All about hair mesotherapy
When do you see the effects of hair mesotherapy?
It generally takes between three and six months to see full visual results. You will notice shinier, revitalized hair and a slowing of hair loss over the months and sessions, followed by a gradual improvement in regrowth.
How do I prepare for a hair mesotherapy session?
Within 24 hours prior to your session, do not consume alcohol or apply harsh chemical products that could irritate your scalp. It is also recommended to wash your hair thoroughly on the morning of or the day before your appointment. Our therapist will provide you with personalized recommendations during your free consultation.
When can mesotherapy be performed after a hair transplant?
You can generally start mesotherapy sessions approximately 2 to 4 weeks after a hair transplant (once the grafts are well anchored and the scalp has healed) to deeply nourish new follicles and promote vigorous regrowth. It can also be performed before the procedure to optimize scalp health.
When can I wash my hair after a mesotherapy treatment?
It is advisable to let the scalp rest so that it can properly absorb the injected nutrient cocktail. Ideally, wait 8 to 12 hours after the injections before washing your hair or applying styling products.
Is mesotherapy effective for hair?
Yes. Hair mesotherapy is particularly effective in treating various forms of hair loss and thinning, including moderate androgenetic alopecia (male/female pattern baldness), postpartum hair loss (after childbirth), traction alopecia, diffuse thinning, and post-transplant maintenance.
Does mesotherapy treat baldness?
Mesotherapy cannot revive completely dead hair follicles or treat advanced baldness (a completely smooth area where hair no longer grows). It works by stimulating and nourishing existing or dormant follicles. For nascent or moderate thinning, it is exceptionally effective at thickening hair and curbing hair loss.
Are the effects of mesotherapy long-lasting?
Yes, the results are long-lasting, provided an initial treatment protocol is followed (generally 4 to 6 sessions spaced a few weeks apart), followed by maintenance sessions once or twice a year to continue providing essential nutrients to the follicles.
Is the treatment painful?
No. The treatment is virtually painless thanks to the precision, microneedles, and injection speed of our ULTIM® electronic technology. You may feel a slight tingling or mechanical tapping sensation during the micro-injections, but this remains very tolerable.
Are there any side effects to hair mesotherapy?
Side effects are minimal and temporary. As the scalp is injected with a biocompatible mixture of vitamins and minerals, systemic side effects are extremely rare. You may experience slight tenderness, observe small red spots at the injection sites, or have a mild, temporary headache immediately after the session, effects that usually disappear within a few hours.
