What is facial microneedling?

Technical

Microneedling is a technique that involves creating controlled micro-lesions on the skin's surface using a Dermaroller (a roller with micro-needles) or a Dermapen (an electric pen). It can be combined with targeted active serums to amplify treatment effects.

Microneedling works through a dual mechanism:

  • Trigger the skin regeneration process.
  • Improve absorption of assets.

Objective

Increase collagen and elastin production by activating the skin's natural repair process. At the same time, it helps active ingredients, such as vitamins, hyaluronic acid, or peptides, penetrate deeper into the epidermis and be better absorbed to optimize the regeneration and collagen production process.

Result

From the first days, between 7 and 15 days , the first visible effects appear: brighter and plumper skin.

Results continue to improve for up to 6 months after treatment. At this stage, the skin becomes visibly firmer and smoother. Wrinkles fade, scars improve, and the complexion becomes more radiant.

Sustainability

The effects of microneedling on the skin can last between 6 and 12 months, depending on maintenance and lifestyle (hydration, sun protection, complementary care).

It is recommended to carry out between 3 and 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart for optimal results.

Suitable for all skin types

Microneedling is suitable for all skin tones: light and dark.

The areas concerned are: the face, the eye and lip contour, the neck and décolleté, the back of the hands, the arms and the stomach.
